Your answer is:

Recruiters rarely use violence when making contact with minors because that would raise suspicions and scare them away. They will generally employ a variety of tactics to make young people believe that they are entering into this arrangement freely and willingly. Different strategies are used to approach minors in a non-threatening manner. They can be seductive, get to know the person to become a friend or lover, pretend to be a professional photographer or work for a modelling agency, use their popularity or success as a well-known personality, etc. The recruiter’s aim is to win the trust of the young person and make them believe they have nothing but good intentions and want what’s best for them.
